Overview

The CEPIA Introduction to Cardiac Electrophysiology is specifically tailored for catheter lab and ward nurses, company representatives, cath lab radiographers, students or allied professionals interested in cardiac EP. The course demystifies cardiac EP and outlines the basic principles, equipment, pacing protocols, arrhythmia mechanisms and ablation techniques used and seen in the everyday EP lab.  Intracardiac recordings will also be taught, endowing participants with the ability to understand and follow procedures in the EP lab, as well as explain these procedures to patients and relatives.
