termsGeneral InformationCEPIA is a national organisation and delivery of different modules rotates between different cities in an attempt to lessen the travel impact on its participants. Course sessions and times are correct at time of publication. CEPIA reserves the right to alter presentation times, session details or speakers in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In the event of insufficient participant registration CEPIA reserves the right to cancel the course in its entirety. Should this occur a full refund shall be made available to those already registered with confirmation provided in writing. Registration The course registration fee covers attendance at all modules, course materials, handouts, tutorials, morning/afternoon teas and lunches. Travel and accommodation is not included and must be organised by the participant. For registration to be complete all monies must be received prior to course commencement. Cancellation/refund policy All requests for cancellations or refunds for the CEPIA Vocational Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Electrophysiology Three (3) Module Package deal must be made in writing to CEPIA and are subject to the following conditions: > Requests received before 1st December – 100% refund minus $250 administration fee. > Requests received 1st December – 31st December – 50% refund > Requests received after 31st December – No refund > No refunds or discounts will be given for failure to attend. All requests for cancellations or refunds for individual modules of the CEPIA Vocational Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Electrophysiology must be made in writing to CEPIA and are subject to the following conditions: > Requests received >40 days prior to module commencement – 100% refund minus $250 administration fee. > Requests received between 30-40 days prior to module commencement – 50% refund > Requests received <30 days prior to module commencement – No refund > No refunds or discounts will be given for failure to attend. Where circumstances prevent a participant from notifying absence up until thirty (30) days prior to commencement of the program, then the total fee may be refunded, less administration costs. Alternately, the fee can be transferred to another program. Each individual case will be looked at on its own merits. Cancellation should be made through the CEPIA office. Where participants have an acceptable reason for not completing the course they will be able to (a) transfer to a future course and complete their training or (b) receive a refund relevant to the amount of time left to the course, less administration costs. Travel/accommodation Travel and accommodation expenses must be organised by the registered participant. It is not required to stay at the relevant hotel, and as such no rooms or special rates have been reserved or organised. Hotels often have special discounted rates available online, so it may prove cheaper to book online rather than ringing the reception desk and booking by phone. |
