Qualification

Each successful graduate will be awarded a CEPIA Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Electrophysiology.  This is a world class nationally recognised qualification.  Graduates will be entitled to add the letters “Grad Dip Cardiac EP” to their title or signature.

A satisfactory outcome must be achieved for all online assessments and workbook submissions.

In the event of an unsatisfactory outcome for any assessment or workbook activity, participants may be allowed a second attempt (fees may be incurred).

The qualification will only be awarded after successful completion of all nine (9) units as delivered in the four (4) modules (1, 2, 3, 4).

If the full qualification is not completed, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for any unit of competency satisfactorily completed (N.B each unit consists of both online assessment and workbook submission).

After successful completion of the required coursework each student will be posted a CEPIA Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Electrophysiology. If a student requires another copy to be sent to them for any reason (lost, damaged etc), a fee of AUD $30 will be incurred. This fee must be paid in full before the qualification will be mailed.

Extension / Deferral Past 5 Years

Students have a total of five (5) years in which to successfully complete all assessments.  This time starts upon successful registration and enrolment.  Students may register and enrol at any time during the calendar year and commence their learning immediately.

After this five-year time period has elapsed if a student still has assessments outstanding and wishes to continue on with the course additional fees of AUD$100 per individual assessment for each additional 12 months extension requested will be incurred.
